Meet the Team

Behind Essex Sight is a passionate team of staff and volunteers dedicated to supporting people living with sight loss across Essex. From service coordinators and outreach workers to charity leaders and trustees, every member of our team brings unique skills, experience, and compassion.

Together, we share one goal: to create a community where people with vision impairment feel supported, empowered, and included.

Laughing Team: A group of three colleagues engages in a lively conversation, their faces lit up with genuine smiles, and the camaraderie is palpable.
