Support 4 Sight, the visual impairment charity covering West Essex, is running a County wide National Lottery funded employment project to help blind and partially sighted people with all aspects of employment.
Their support can range from completing an application form, writing a cv or improving interview skills, as well as offering support to those who are already in work but experiencing difficulties due to their sight loss.
The support is tailored to the individual`s needs and can be delivered either 1 on 1 or in group settings. In addition, Support 4 Sight also offers digital training to those who need assistance.
